Maki Nishikino is a first-year​ high school student in Otonokizaka High School. She has a beautiful voice and loves Jazz music more than anyone else in the group. Maki, at first, didn't want to join the group because she had decided to inherit their family's hospital and take-up medicine in College but, with Hanayo and Rin, she decides to join the school idol group.
