Naru is a 14-year-old girl in her second year of middle school and has been best friends with Yaya since elementary school. She loves fairy tales and greatly idolizes the heroines in the stories. She sees herself as a girl who is average in every way possible, but desperately wishes to change herself to be more like the girls from the fairy tales she reads.
